Geospatial Analyst
Position summary

Motivf is recruiting geospatial analysts to join our Agile geospatial information systems production and integration teams for enterprise Government clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Work with clients and team members to develop best-in-class approaches from concept through execution
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval.
Acquire the crucial and differentiating career experience of working for a major federal government client and developing technology used throughout the world.
GIS processing in a fast-paced environment including the production, testing, validation, and feedback of quality GIS data.
Clearly communicating objectives among team members during all phases of work
Reinforcing a collaborative environment across the project
Running feature extraction tools and executing ETL or FME scripts
Continually reviewing processes and workflows, and make recommendations for improvement and increased automation of production activities
Clearly communicate your technical decisions to your teammates and both technical and non-technical members of the client team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Geography or related discipline.
Demonstrate GIS data development skills with a strong portfolio.
Extensive experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise development and applications
Ability to work successfully with teams, independently, and under
pressureAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Self-starter with tons of initiative, creativity, and drive
U.S. Citizenship (due to client requirements)
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-directed, intrinsically motivated; proven capacity to manage work independently, multitask and be responsive to time-sensitive deadlines.
Strong skills in short-term planning, analysis, problem-anticipation and -solving, and customer service; ability to independently investigate solutions to challenges and anticipate leadership needs.
Well-organized, with strong administrative skills and outstanding attention to detail.
Strong and effective interpersonal skills in working with colleagues at all levels. Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality. Cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work diplomatically with diverse constituencies.
Ability to remain flexible and able to adapt to change.
