Our Process


1. FRAME

Because great solutions start by understanding your strategic goals, we begin by asking questions, a lot of them. We develop a comprehensive understanding of your full organization and goals; we examine challenges, define potential risks and opportunities, and discover strategies for addressing them in a meaningful, targeted solution.

2. DISCOVER

Designing for and with people is baked into our process. We identify key goals and insights to guide larger discovery that will drive our solution definition. This phase focuses entirely on coming to a better understanding together with our client of the problem, the customer, and the market.

3. BUILD

Our team will move from thinking insights and findings in the abstract and start applying them to the challenge at hand. We’ll brainstorm possible solutions, iterate on prototypes, and, ultimately, narrow down our ideas to a few distinct, bold concepts for further development.

4. DELIVER

We apply Quality Assurance and finalize solutions. Gaps or edge issues are identified, tracked, and elevated to the client to ensure all opportunities are correctly analyzed. We deliver a finalized solution that integrates the knowledge, insights, and data gathered to optimize the results of your goals.

5. EVOLVE

Our work isn’t done after the project delivers. We focus on evaluating and supporting the client. Evaluation is conducted to ensure the ROI matches what was defined during the Framing Phase. These insights are shared with the client for future projects. We also train client teams, and update / upgrade solutions in response to lessons learned and emerging technologies.
