  • Balance care for people with accountability, performance expectations, and organizational needs

  • Exercise strong judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence in sensitive or complex situations

  • Lead or support recruiting efforts to attract high performers who thrive in complex, team-based environments

  • Partner with leadership to make thoughtful hiring decisions that strengthen both capability and culture

Professional Development & Growth

  • Design, implement, and maintain clear professional development frameworks

  • Ensure team members have defined growth paths and are actively developing skills over time

  • Support performance feedback, coaching, and development conversations

  • Invest in individuals’ long-term growth while aligning development with firm needs

People Operations & Delivery Partnership

  • Work closely with the Delivery Manager to align people capabilities with project needs

  • Ensure workloads are balanced and sustainable across teams

  • Support role clarity, team health, and strong collaboration across engagements

  • Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and retain high-performing teams

  • Experience designing and maintaining professional development frameworks

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; naturally outgoing, approachable, and trusted

  • Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment

  • Ability to hold high standards while leading with empathy and care

  • Comfort working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams
