Senior Management Analyst

Motivf is seeking a Senior Management Analyst based near Washington, D.C. to support high-impact, fast-paced projects within a federal preparedness and resilience-focused environment. This is a full-time position ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives working independently or with minimal supervision while contributing to collaborative team efforts.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights that support project execution and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and technical support to project teams across a variety of initiatives

  • Coordinate team activities, communications, and deliverables to ensure project alignment and progress

  • Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis of information using critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Assist in developing and maintaining work breakdown structures (WBS) and project documentation

  • Prepare charts, tables, graphs, and visual materials to support analysis and reporting

  • Support the development of technical requirements and project deliverables

  • Provide guidance and direction to team members and clients as needed

  • Contribute to improving processes, workflows, and project outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or under general direction

  • Strong proficiency with:

    • Word processing tools

    • Graphics and data visualization tools

    • Desktop publishing systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal or government-related projects

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

  • Experience developing technical documentation and reports

Clearance Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance or Public Trust may be required
