Bob Ruediger

Bob is motivated by the opportunity to improve people’s lives with the power of human-centered design. This motivation is amplified by working with a team at Motivf who shares his belief that human-centered principles can and should be utilized to solve problems facing the world, regardless of how big or small they may be.

As a User Experience Consultant at Motivf, Bob is a champion for empathetic design in which people’s needs—and pain points—are the primary influencers for crafting better experiences and products. He believes that walking a mile in our clients’ moccasins is the first step to designing comprehensive solutions that resonate with the people who use them.

Professionally, Bob has developed a wide range of skills in various roles as a travel agent, English teacher, and data analyst while living in America, South Korea, and the Czech Republic. He worked as a UX Designer for various clients in B2B and B2C settings before joining Motivf full time. He has been involved in ice hockey since he was five years old. After finishing his college hockey career, he has made it a personal mission to make hockey more equitable and accessible. He co-owns a company that makes hockey accessories with the goal of continuing to give back to the game that shaped him as a person.

Bob studied Geography, specializing in researching the environmental and economic impacts of tourism development, at California University of Pennsylvania [now known as PennWest California] in sunny California, PA. He now resides in Seattle, WA, USA
