Geospatial SETA Program Analyst

Position Summary

This position requires insight and experience in a variety of geospatial systems engineering, system design, and operations support tasks. These individuals will assist the government client with end-to-end planning, implementation, deployment, operation and enhancement of complex systems.

Work You’ll Do:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide system engineering & technical assistance (SETA) in support of current and future client activities.

  • Assist with the oversight and management of the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and leadership.

  • Review the status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports and briefings.

  • Communicate with project stakeholders.

  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for problem solving with project managers, leadership, and clients.

  • Assist in identifying key issues and assist in their resolution to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

  • Support the preparation of briefing materials on program plans, requirements, and progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical aptitude, experience with a variety of technologies, and a deep understanding of the implications of various technical courses of action.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, proven leadership ability, and a strong desire to work in a dynamic team environment.

  • Demonstrable skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, software, GIS, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum Top Secret clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Credentials in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Informatics, or related experience.

  • Familiarity with geospatial data management tools, geoprocessing algorithms, and geostatistical analysis.
