Curriculum Team Lead
Location: Arlington, VA
Do you like to create order from chaos? Do you put the “I” in ADDIE? When you sit in class, do you find yourself reverse engineering the objectives (and mentally re-writing them to make them more performance-focused)? We are looking for an experienced Curriculum Team Lead to manage soft-skill, performance-based military curriculum.
Work You’ll Do:
Leading a team of curriculum developers to develop and maintain soft skills curriculum for a military audience.
Revise, review, adapt, and develop new curriculum.
Upload and maintain a curriculum library.
Manage all phases of course development using the ADDIE framework and DOD/Army curriculum standards.
Support implementation and evaluation of instructor-led training.
Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, Education (with focus on curriculum and instruction), or equivalent field
10+ years of experience in curriculum development
5+ years of experience working with the military
5+ years of experience leading a curriculum development team
Excellent communication, team-building, and presentation skills
Ability to work successfully with teams, independently, and under
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
